PRIME LAND IN PONTA DO PARGO

Seaview Madeira

A privileged position beside Madeira’s future golf destination

An exceptional opportunity to secure a piece of Ponta do Pargo — where land, landscape and the future come together.

Set in one of the most privileged areas of Ponta do Pargo, on the western coast of Madeira Island, this exceptional plot enjoys a strategic position close to the site of the future golf course.

Here, the horizon is your greatest asset.

With an extraordinary open outlook over the surrounding landscape and Atlantic Ocean, this is a location where the view becomes part of the
property itself — a view that no one can take away.

The future golf development is set to transform Ponta do Pargo into an even more sought-after destination, creating a new reference point for luxury tourism, golf and real estate in Madeira. The project is envisioned as one of Europe’s most ambitious and prestigious golf destinations, bringing international attention and long-term potential to the region.

A Location with a future

Ponta do Pargo is renowned for its dramatic cliffs, natural beauty, peaceful surroundings and spectacular Atlantic panoramas. The arrival of a major golf destination adds another dimension to this already exceptional setting.

For investors and private buyers, this represents a rare opportunity to acquire land before the area reaches its full potential.

Imagine a future residence surrounded by nature, overlooking an extraordinary landscape, with a world-class golf destination just moments away.

AN INVESTMENT IN PRIVILEGE

Plots in truly exceptional locations are finite.
Views are even more precious.
This property combines three qualities that are increasingly difficult to find:
Location. A prime position in Ponta do Pargo, close to the future golf course.
Views. An uninterrupted sense of space, nature and Atlantic horizon.
Potential. Positioned in an area with the prospect of significant transformation and increased international appeal.
Whether envisioned as a private luxury residence, a long-term investment or a unique development opportunity, this plot offers the possibility to be part of the next chapter of Ponta do Pargo.

OWN THE VIEW. BE PART OF THE FUTURE.
