Founded on 2023, in the Autonomous Region of Madeira (RAM), it is a property developer whose mission is to create new housing solutions. It selects the best deals and develops its own projects, from the business plan to the construction and marketing of the properties.

The real estate development activity (purchase, design, development, marketing and asset management) is carried out through the Sea View Madeira brand. Through sustained growth and business expansion, focused on resource optimisation, we want to revolutionise the real estate market through integrated solutions, anticipating the needs of different types of audiences.
In this business area, the portfolio includes investments located in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. Sea View maintains a strategic commitment to the real estate sector, which translates into a growing intention to invest in this area, based on three fundamental pillars: location, quality and differentiation.
Currently, Sea View is developing its projects under the Sea View Madeira brand, which are positioned in the high-end segment. Located in Ribeira Brava and Ponta do Pargo (next to the future golf course).
